This fully sparkling version combines the characteristic aroma of the varietal with a pleasing sapidity created by the bubbles.  It is pleasantly fresh with scents of apple and pear accented by citrus and wisteria undertones.  This wine is soft yet dry thanks to its strong balanced acidity.  It makes a fine aperitif and can be served with delicate dishes, such as fish, white meats, bean soups or fresh cheeses.  Serve at 8-10°C and enjoy!

‘Frizzante’
Semi-Sparkling White Wine

This is the most approachable of our sparkling wines, more immediately likeable to the young consumer or someone less familiar with this variety – in other words, a good first step in getting to know our wines.  It is fermented in an autoclave where the grape aromas become accentuated by the carbonization, resulting in a uniquely refreshing wine.  It has a pale straw-yellow colour.  Its aroma is richly floral with citrus and fruit accents, especially those of lemon and apple.  Serve at 8°C as an aperitif, with appetizers, cheese and cold cut platters or with simple pasta, rice or fish dishes.  Enjoy!

Our ‘Conegliano-Valdobbiadene Prosecco Superiore DOCG’ is a precise and intense wine.  While to the nose, it boasts of apple and pear with hints of wisteria, to the palate it is fresh and mineral, soft and well balanced. It is an elegant wine that can be served as an aperitif, with delicate dishes at the table or for a toast at any special occasion.  Best enjoyed at 8°C and in good company!

‘ColFondo’
Semi-Sparkling White Wine

‘ColFondo’ is our signature wine.  It gets its name from the yeast fragments left on the bottom of the bottle after fermentation.  This version is the traditional wine from the Trevigianni hillside in Veneto.  It is a simple wine that is the authentic ambassador of the old-time wine master in this region.  It is bottled while still ‘still’, and upon awakening it moves and becomes lightly sparkling.  After a short rest, it leaves on the bottom of the bottle, and on the palate of those who taste it, a sign of its natural goodness.  It is traditionally served at home or in small ‘trattorie’ or ‘osterie’ with savoury cured meats and bread, such as ‘pan e sopressa’, where it is carefully decanted into a wine pitcher before serving so that the yeast residues remain in the bottle and not in your wineglass – as depicted on the colourful label!

Semi-Sparkling White Wine


This semi-sparkling version is truly a wine for all occasions, from a drink at the bar with friends to an aperitif and even a toast.  It is traditionally served with ‘pan e sopressa’ by locals in the Veneto region, but it pairs very well with many delicate dishes at the table as well because its residual sugars compliment subtle and sweet flavours while the perlage pleasantly balances the fatty ones.  Serve at 8-10°C and enjoy in good company!

Giusto was the grandfather that first worked the vineyards that produce our wines.  His name, which can be literally translated as ‘right’, ‘correct’ or ‘just’, seemed particularly adapted for our ‘Millesimato’.  A ‘Prosecco Millesimato’ is a vintage wine that delivers special varietal characteristics typical of that year to each glass that of wine that is poured.  It is well balanced and elegant with a well-defined structure and delicate fruity aromas that can accompany an entire meal or be served as an aperitif or for a toast.  Serve at 8°C and relish with good friends.
